Why, then, would the above-quoted thing happen? I mean, I know that TMDA
doesn't give a rip about the "From" header, but rather looks at the real
sender. But does TMDA also not look at the "To" header? I subscribe to a
couple other lists, and those have been successfully OK'd by "to"
filters. So this one makes no sense to me.

When I saw the above, I added another filter, which I suspect won't do
anything for me, but it was worth a shot...

I suspect that's worthless, since the above confirmation request got
sent to Mr. Ross, not to the list server.
