While I am not exactly a newbie when it comes to Linux, I'm not a guru
either! Does anyone have a good step by step set of instructions for
setting up TMDA on a system like mine:

Redhat 7.3
Qmail current
courier-imap
vadmin

(you might recognize this as QVCS with the Apache Web Server and
Squirrelmail)

I've got TMDA installed, the installation went fine, I generated a key,
but that's where my expertise runs into a barrier, copying a key generated
on a command line and pasting into a file, I am assuming the command
/usr/bin/tmad-keygen > /? will put the key into a file, but where should I
put the crypt_key file?

Currently hosting 5 domains with 2 more coming. About 30 e-mail accounts
that alias themselves to my main e-mail account. So I guess I need to
setup TMDA on my primary e-mail account, but is it possible to use with
virtual domains and multiple e-mail accounts. If there is a system wide
solution, that would be preferable to just doing individual e-mail
accounts.

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
