Sendmail --> qmail

All suggestions I got so far is that it might be better to use NOT sendmail ;-)

I have no experience with postfix at all, so I decide to go with qmail.
Looking at qmail web site, it seems that qmail did not has developed anything further, than 1.03. Does this mean, it is not maintenanced, or does not need any changes, is it such a perfect product?

Anyway, I would like to get the things started as soon as possible, and I do not want to loose a single feature I have now:

1. I want to use SpamAssassin, can this be done PLUS tmda? (Actually, that is the starting point, since I don't know how to convience procmail to use SpamAssassin AND tmda)
2. I want to use Amaris virus killer
3. I want to use rbl filters
4. I want to be able to use phpnukes webmail

Can anybody tell me, that all above is able with qmail?
