There are people on the list who use both SpamAssassin and TMDA. I don't, so I'm not sure how you should set it up. The biggest sticking point might be Sendmail. In any case, make sure you read all the configuration documentation (the general stuff and the Sendmail-specific stuff) on the TMDA website (http://tmda.net/). Then try to set it up and report back to us any specific problems.
