I tested both of them.  The commented stuff is just stuff I tried and wanted 
to preserve them if I ever wanted to try again.

Similar to razor and pyzor, but with emphasis on bulk (meaning large) mail.

It has been so long since I installed TMDA (version 0.3x) that I honestly 
don't remember, but you can find it in the docs and web site.;-)

That said, if you use reasonable methods in using TMDA (i.e., not whitelisting 
everyone), the need for SpamAssassin is substantially reduced because, your 
whitelist shouldn't be sending you spam.
