Sorry 'bout that.  I'm reading through the Web, so I'm
creating the quotes by hand (and I'm lazy).

Ah!  I should have checked.  I didn't even consider that
the Debian version would be so far out of currency.  It's
0.62.
        http://packages.debian.org/unstable/mail/tmda.html

When 0.65 comes around, I'll be all set.  (I'm so spoiled
by Debian that I'm very reluctant to do manual installs
anymore.)
