TMDA against TMDA (or similar program)?

Is there a mechanism included int TMDA to avoid this example:

I get an email address from somebody (from a name card or from wherever).
I write an e-mail to him.
I use TMDA, he too!

His TMDA will answer with a reconfirmation request, which my TMDA also will answer with a reconfirmation request.

We will never get emails!!!

Solution could be an X-flag or a filter. Does anybody use such one?
