TMDA doesn't store email in databases. It reads email addresses from databases. The easiest way to get the addresses into the database is to use create a text file of the addresses, one per line, and use the 'from-file' or 'to-file' rules with the '-autocdb' or '-autodbm' flags. See http://www.tmda.net/filter-sources.html for more information on the to-file/from-file rules, the text file format and how to use the automatic database creation.
