You've said this over and over, yet have never been able to provide
evidence of this when asked. I'm sure it's due more to a local
configuration issue. There's no other reason why you would be seeing
this so much more than the rest of us.

It's amazing that the bar is so high for TMDA that evidence of a
``problem'' is a piece of spam getting through every few weeks/months.

As documented, TMDA is a SPAM _reduction_ system; there is no way to
completely eliminate it other than severing your connection to the
Internet with a scissors.

Lastly, I've explained why I think it's wise to make it as easy on the
sender as possible to confirm by default, but have provided two
methods to make it difficult if not impossible for a spammer to
use an auto-responder to confirm messages.

Have you tried one of these methods? Please don't complain about this
``problem'' again unless you have. Otherwise we'll have to assume you
are just trying to waste our time and/or create controversy.
