tmda-cgi appears to have been blotto'd by some recent changes in Pending.py. David has fixed one of these and the current CVS version will let you view and delete pending messages, but it will not allow you to release anything. I have not experimented enough to discover whether whitelist and blacklist still work.
When I get it running again, I will announce it on this list. You will have to use the CVS version of both tmda-cgi and tmda since David has been making changes in the function library instead of in tmda-cgi itself. At that point I'll repost the sample site where people can play with a running version.
