Ok, a very simple question. I've completed the install, and am
ready to
configure TMDA.
What is the file path for ~/.tmda ??
I'm a bit embarrassed to ask, but hopefully someone will
explain instead
of flaming this newbie...
Sorry lost me - only thing I can think is you haven't seen "~"
(tilda) substitution before.
In Korn shell, and now Posix shells (like Bash and sh-posix),
"~" means the current users home directory. Many programs now
accept "~" as home directory, other than just shells.
So for me (user "srw") "~" usually mean "/home/srw", "~/.tmda"
thus is "/home/srw/.tmda" for me.
Apologies if this was far too basic.
