A Mailman/TMDA HOWTO is on my todo list, but in the meantime, Tim's answer should get you pretty close. I can probably provide the relevant .tmda/* files from my setup if you are trying to set this up and think it would help. BTW, I use qmail, and I'm not sure how much of this will translate to other MTAs.
