|and set www-data to what ever user your webserver is running under

Looks good. Now comes the question: Can tmda-cgi be used to maintain the white/black lists? That is why I was setting it up because folks I want to be using this service are not comfortable on a command line. When I log in, it says there are no emails pending approval, which is fine, but I see no way to add/delete users from any white/black lists.
