Thanks for the tip Justin. I've read the patent application, and it's astounding how similar it is to TMDA. It's hard to tell whether this is due to ignorance or malice on the part of the filer. I've sent a note to Kaitlin Duck Sherwood who can include TMDA as prior art when challenging this application. Keeping up with all the infringing patents seems like a full-time job these days.
