Jeff,
You are attempting to make the TMDA paradigm (filter all except approved)
work like the OLD paradigm (allow all except filtered). How many spammers are
using the same address more than once? The entire purpose of this software is
to not allow those ever-changing senders to get in in the first place.
Without sounding out of place, if you are not comfortable with the TMDA
paradigm, maybe other anti-spam tools would be better suited for your
purpose.
