Well, that wasn't helpful. My email program thoughfully reformatted
that for me. Hmph.

Same problem. Argh.

Well, that's your problem. You don't pass the maildir as a command
line parameter to tmda-filter. It needs to be a separate line by
itself.
Because of the annoying wrapping of my mailer, I'm going to separate
the two lines you should have with a comment character ('#'). The
first two lines you'll see should be one line. Then, after the
comment character, you'll have the Maildir delivery line. There
absolutely must be two lines in the file. qmail processes each line
individually.

/var/vpopmail/domains/techropolis.com/.tmdarc-tmda
