[EMAIL PROTECTED] will match [EMAIL PROTECTED]

*-confirm-* would match the same, plus any domain that contains the pattern
"-confirm-", such as tmda-confirm-url.example.com.  You would probably never
run into such a domain, but it's better to be safe than sorry.  Might as well
be explicit.
