This isn't much different than setting ACTION_EXPIRED_DATED to 'bounce'. The problem with this is that it isn't as sender friendly as it doesn't allow legit senders to confirm their message.
The first version of TMDA did this by default, bouncing back a fresh 'dated' address so the sender could re-send his message.
