Sure.  Just add the following to your config file:

ACTION_EXPIRED_DATED = "bounce"

Is it?  What if you write to someone and they add your dated address
to their address book without realizing what they have, and then
decide to send you some mail 6 months later?  The default action of
"confirm" would be best in that case.

You may want to weigh the consequences for doing this.  All it saves
you is a little bandwidth, but you risk confusing someone in the
process.

If you do, I highly recommend that you modify your bounce template to
explain the situation just in case the above should happen.
