See the FAQ, question 4.12. http://tmda.net/faq.cgi?req=show&file=faq04.012.htp When that FAQ recommends that you read FAQs 5.4 and 5.5, do that too. TMDA doesn't automatically recognize confirmation requests, because that would open a hole for spammers.
