We can assume, that a Spamer does not use his real address!
If an email comes in and is white listed it goes through. Can we also check if the the email has a digital signature, and if the certificate of this email includes the senders Email name? If this does match, than we could also assume it is not a Spamer. Sure we need to exclude the free Email certificates, where the Name is known for a free certificate. I will sign this message, and maybe we can use that.
