I am using a slackware linux setup with qmail installed. Since I installed tmda, it sends the confirm request, but for some reason the e-mail address it creates is not valid.

For Example "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" is in the message, but when a reply is sent to that address, it says:

"Hi. This is the qmail-send program at domain.dom.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
Sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.1.1)

Is this a setting in tmda or a qmail issue? I am familiar with qmail, and just starting with tmda, so I am having trouble tracking down why the address fails.

Thanks.
