Your SMTP server does not allow relaying from localhost (127.0.0.1).
When TMDA tries to send a confirmation request back to the sender, it
does so through the SMTP server on localhost. If it isn't possible to
enable that relay, you can set SMTPHOST to a server that will relay
outgoing mail.
