HOSTNAME doesn't play a part in this. The From: and Reply-To: addresses are based on the envelope recipient address. Your machine is delivering to <user>@localhost.obstruction.com. You'll have to figure out why. If you provide us with a few more details, such as what MTA you're using, any virtual/alias configuration, any forwarding in effect, etc., we can probably help you figure it out.
