I'm assuming you mean a monetary donation of some sort? Folks make donations to TMDA every day with their time. Writing code, suggesting features, providing feedback and bug reports, testing new code, helping other users on this list, doing advocacy, etc. TMDA would be nothing without these donations. Continuing based upon my assumption, the current answer is "no". It might make sense to create a trust for TMDA that can be used to collect donated funds and use them to improve the project. My sense is that this might be premature until (if) a fairly sizable donation is proposed, but perhaps not.
