Hi, Is there a way that when someone replies to a confirmation request, the system would release ALL pending messages from that user.
We have a situation where people have forwarded numerous messages to a customer. They respond to the confirmation request, but don't seem to understand that they need to respond to ALL confirmation request that have queued up. If they just respond to one confirmation request, and assume that the other confirmation requests are duplicates, then the rest of the pending messages never get delivered.
