I did just this (also adding the "." on the last line), and leaving my "to joshua+* ok" in the incoming filter, I tested it, and it worked! All 'joshua+' addresses went through without confirmation, and all 'joshua-' addresses required confirmation, except for the ones I had setup already. Coolness! Thanks, Cory!
