I am sorry to hear that your are in such a difficult position, having only
one real choice for an ISP. Maybe you could start a competitor?

If this happens, what you may need to do is find a server that will relay
your outgoing SMTP traffic. I don't mean an open relay ;) -- I mean some
place that trusts  you not to spam, and is smart enough not to get placed
on SPEWS or other blacklists.
