"tagged addresses" are really nothing more than extension addresses, a fundamental concept in qmail (see dot-qmail(5)). So, has this patch broken all extension addresses?
Well, not specifically, it just requires that you have them in the goodrcpto file (or moregoodrcptto.cdb database), which for regular addresses is no big deal, but for semi-random temporary ones, I haven't figured out a solution yet.
