Good grief! Can you post the following for us? 1) The contents of /var/qmail/users/assign. If it's big, just post the lines relating to jm-associates. 2) The contents of your .qmail-default file and also the exact path where it's located. 3) If you've customized the vpopmail-vdir.sh script, post the new version. 4) The version of vpopmail that you're using. 5) The full path to the 'sayu' user's Maildir.
