The default location for TMDA does not appear to be correct.  Search
your hard drive for tmda-filter, remove "bin" from the end of the path
(it is added automatically by then install skel) and
reconfigure/make/make install.  From then on, any users that use
tmda-cgi to install TMDA should get it installed correctly.

Also, I've just recently put in a patch to handle user names like
paul.james.  It should be in CVS within 24 hours, so pull down new
code into a fresh directory tomorrow evening.
