The problem with sending confirmation requests is that these viruses
are sent with real e-mail addresses, so lots of innocents will be
bothered/confused by them.

A compromise might be to save the messages to a mailbox and
periodically examine it for legit mail (until you gain enough
confidence to start 'drop'ping them). e.g,

body 'filename\=.+\.(pif|scr|exe|bat|com|vbs|js)' deliver=~/Mailbox.virus
