It indicates that TMDA saw the message, saved it to the pending directory and sent a confirmation request (to [EMAIL PROTECTED]). The only way to tell what happened to the confirmation request is to check your qmail logs. It might be easiest to simply generate another test message and post the relevant portion of the qmail logs here. Show us the logs of original message coming into your server (for [EMAIL PROTECTED]) and continuing through the matching line that says "delivery: xxxxxx: success: did_n+n+n", where xxxxxx is the delivery number of your original message (not the message number, which is a different thing altogether).
