my .qmail / .qmail-default files were not setup properly by the install feature of tdma.cgi
(config issue, wasnt reconizing virtual user - even tho it got the virt user home directory correct)
all fixed now

another interesting thing is that while this is happening, in the pending queue it lists 2 copies of the original message so it looks like for some reason the original message never leaves the queue, and is continusly resent. (causing the multiple confirm messages)

tmda-cgi-0.11 tmda-0.83 qmail-1.0.3 vpopmail=5.2.1
(I am also using qmail scanner for use with spamassassin & virus scanning)
anyone have any suggestions?
