Address extensions can be controlled in qmail in two places, one of which
is the compile time conf-break.  The other is in /var/qmail/users/assign,
which is separate from the control files.  So, it's not quite clear how
using MySQL for qmail's configuration would break any address extensions
that TMDA needs to operate.  Is users/assign also in the database?
