_Thanks for your help Tim._  I don't believe we ever identified a specific problem that was fixed but your thought process allowed me to troubleshoot the rest (it was working ... but my vpopmail account name is not the same as the username the primary e-mail address I use ... so I needed to link .qmail-me to both .qmail-me-default AND .qmail-default).

Looking forward to digging deeper into tmda, learning a bit of python, and hooking up a web interface.

This looks ok.

You definitely need that option compiled in.  Also, do you have a
.qmail-user-default file (or symlink to .qmail-user)?  I believe
vadduser-tmda creates one, but you should probably ensure that you
have it.

If you have not set LOGFILE_INCOMING, please do, then send a test
message and post what TMDA write to the log file.  That will tell us
what rule matched and, therefore, why the mail was allowed through.
