More or less.  The display directory as a whole contains some files
(images and CSS files) which have to be in the web directory and some
files (templates and button lists) which have to be underneath the
tmda-cgi program.

I could have made this two separate directories when I did the
original design (and I did consider this), but I was worried that it
would only increase the confusion as files belonging to a given theme
would now be found in two different places.

This is why I recommend that you use a symbolic link in your web
directory as it will keep the web directory current, no matter how you
change the files underneath the code.
