I haven't been following this thread, but I do have a question: You do have your mailer configured to use tmda-sendmail for sending, right?

Hmm, the fact that I don't know means you're probably on to something there. Are you talking about my MTA or MUA? I looked in my Mozilla settings and it doesn't really show anything like that. My MTA is qmail if that helps. Can you be a bit more specific?
