I don't have any numbers, but it's probably fairly prevalent. There
is now a standard header for this ('Auto-Submitted: auto-replied'),
but it's a new standard, and most auto-responders are probably still
using 'Precedence: bulk'.
I wouldn't remove 'Precedence: bulk' from your TMDA auto-responses
just because of Yahoo's broken behavior. Doing so will increase the
risk of an auto-responder loop. If you do decide to remove it, also
remove all traces of the string 'TMDA', as I don't want TMDA blamed
for causing an auto-responder loop when it normally would not.
