Shouldn't you just be able to modify your
.tmda/templates/confirm_request.txt

I have:

From.US-ASCII: "%(FULLNAME)s" <%(recipient_address)s>
Subject.US-ASCII: Please confirm your message to %(FULLNAME)s
Reply-To.US-ASCII: %(confirm_accept_address)s
BodyCharset: US-ASCII

But if you are having trouble, you could modify the Reply-To. I haven't
tried it but it should work. Make sure you have your BOUNCE_ENV_SENDER
set in your config file to something that doesn't get through (I have mine
as a local nobody e-mail address).

If you want to be real picky and possibly annoy additional people, you
could not even include the confirm address in the response and only use
tmda-cgi. If you want to go all out you could have tmda-cgi perform some
sort of test.
