In /var/spool/imap, but cyrus uses a custom storage format that is not
mbox nor is it maildir. I know I can use /usr/local/cyrus/bin/deliver to
deliver email to a cyrus imap mailbox, but it needs to be run as the
cyrus user. So I don't know how that's going to fit in with tmda..
