How about:

C) The message's sender will be added to my whitelist
(PENDING_WHITELIST_APPEND), and the messgae itself and all other
messages in the pending queue by that sender will be released to my
inbox.

I expected B the first time I tried it, wasn't too confused by A, but
think that C would be ideal.
