Confirmation looping

Hello, I just installed the latest TMDA on a FreeBSD system which is 
running qmail. I'm having a problem with the confirmation. If an email is 
sent to the address I have TMDA configured on TMDA will send a confirmation 
request. The request is replied to and then TMDA sends another confirmation 
request. It's like it won't recognize that the message is a  reply to the 
confirmation request. Here is the relevant output from the incoming log file:

Anyone know what my problem might be???
