Yeah, I know. So far, I have one confirmed, one to a mailing list (which
still confirmed). That's a total of 2, but it's not TMDA's fault. It's
my fault for having default_action set to something other than drop our
bounce. I opened up my receiving mail, and run a slightly higher risk of
spam. Still worth it, no question about that.

Did the one to the tmda mailing list have to confirm, or did it pass through because tmda.net (the domain) was whitelisted?


I got the same e-mail, but I've whitelisted anything from tmda.net.

Regardless, if you wander through the archives, you'll find that TMDA has always had the goal of spam REDUCTION, not spam ELIMINATION.
