Just a note... neither the 'blacklist' file nor the 'whitelist' file
is required, either in the lists subdirectory or elsewhere.
Internally TMDA has no reference to any list file whatsoever.

If the 'blacklist' file appears to be required, this is because you
have referenced it in a rule in your incoming filter.  By default, the
incoming filter is ~/.tmda/filters/incoming.  It can actually be named
anything you want (set FILTER_INCOMING to point to your chosen file)
and, in fact, doesn't have to exist at all.  If you have no need of a
'blacklist' file, track down the reference to it and decide whether or
not you need that rule in your filter.
