I ran ActivePython for a couple iterations before standard python made some slight changes. The downside to ActivePython is that it lags behind the current version of Python. I don't know of any upsides anymore. http://www.python.org/download/ As far as running tmda in Windows... I think that mostly depends on the interaction it would have with the MTA. So, I would first ask what MTA are ported to Windows. Then I would remember that even the _official_ native (non-port) Apache 2 in Win32 is not what we thought it should be. I would be surprised if one of the big *nix MTA runs very well in Win32. ( I might remember that sendmail probably does, *insert foot in mouth* ) TMDA is not excessively dependent on posix as far as I can tell or imagine. I think you should be more concerned with the MTA and the OS before TMDA. Perhaps there is a non-unix MTA of good repute that TMDA should be used with in Windows. I use a personal SMTP server myself, so I have no idea. I'd be interested in hearing about flexible MTA for Windows and I think that would be a good place to start if you want to use TMDA in Win32. If you can recommend something interesting (concise, agile, intelligent), I might install it and try making it work with TMDA myself... -kai _____________________________________________ tmda-users mailing list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) http://tmda.net/lists/listinfo/tmda-users
