Dear David, Thank you very much for your help. Actually, I also thought that the bounced email had got into my mail system before I set the filter because I read such things in this mailing list.
But, when I checked the date on the included original mail, it was dated later than the filter, and that I could find other emails of the same host were marked [DROP] in the tmda log. That's the second reason that made me account this original email had been in the mail system before the filter. The fact that I could not find the email address in the tmda log was another reason. But, still, the date is later than filter. I wonder why. Just before I write this message, I added a filter in the incoming.filter that says 'body "bounce bounced" drop' which will get rid of this kind of junks.
