Just reiterate on the file size's of emails. I am running qmail along w/ tmda and yesterday one of our clients sent us 2 emails both weighing in at 160mb each. It did take some time to come through, but the both, unfortunately, made it to their respected inboxes.
qmail and tmda kick ass! Just make sure your system has the resources and then up the softlimit on qmail.
