well this setup /almost/ works. the plan is to receive email with qmail, use virtualdomains to deliver to a special dot-qmail file which executes spamassassin (spamc) and files as spam or redirects to the regular dot-qmail file for tmda-filter processing
# virtualdomains galis.org:geo-spamassassin # .qmail-spamassassin-default |condredirect [EMAIL PROTECTED] spamc -c ./Mail/spamassassinated/ # .qmail |preline tmda-filter |preline /usr/bin/procmail the idea being all mail gets a spamassassin check, the remainder goods are sent to tmda. However, I've not been able to concoct appropriate virtualdomains, locals, smtproutes and redirect parameters so that it all works. I'm getting loops, or C-R that come from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Maybe this is a spamassassin-qmail problem, but I was hoping someone figured out how to get spamassassin passed messages to tmda via dot-qmail (ie not procmail) files while retaining the initial $RECIPIENT, for a working C-R system? // George -- George Georgalis, Architect and administrator, Linux services.
