Yes.  I transferred a domain to godaddy.com recently and dutifully
whitelisted them before starting the transaction.  Lo and behold they're
sending me email from [EMAIL PROTECTED]  I dropped them a line to let
them know why this was a problem for me and suggested that they do
otherwise.  I don't actually expect anything to change, but maybe it'll
raise awareness or something.
